How long is your turn-around?
We ask for a week (five business days) for most items before they're ready to ship out/be picked up. If you have a particularly large or detailed order, we may require more time.
You're our top priority at Awards of Excellence, and we will do our best to get you your item by the time you need it. Rush charges may apply.
Can I bring in my own item for engraving?
We would be happy to engrave your item if possible. Please call our store or bring the item in and let us show you what we can offer.
Can I get a custom item?
Absolutely! At Awards of Excellence, we pride ourselves on offering specialty items that can make your next event or occasion spectacular. We're also happy to work with items you supply to create a one-of-a-kind piece.
Can I get my logo engraved?
Yes. The best way is to provide a digital vector file (.ai, .eps, .cdr, .dwg). We can also accept raster files such as .jpg. A one time logo charge may apply.
Only send artwork that you have the rights to. We will not take artwork that is not registered to you or your company.
If you're ordering more than one item on our website and have a new logo: Order a quantity of one on a certain item in your cart with the "New Logo" option, for all the others, put, "Already in System").

Will you ship my order?
Awards of Excellence will be more than happy to ship your items wherever you need them. Additional charges may apply.
What payments do you accept?
We cash, checks, and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express).
Do you offer more than what's on your website?
Yes! We're starting out small on our website and are looking to continually offer more of our products online. Right now, we've put on the most popular items, but can get in thousands of different awards. Please check out our products page for a list of our supplier's websites.
What type of fonts do you offer?
We have thousands of fonts, but only offer a few online to make the ordering process easier. If you're looking for a specific one, just let us know. Below is an example of the ones we offer online.

What is your return policy?
There are no returns on custom items. During the online checkout process, you'll have the option to review your order. When you click to submit your order you are verifying that everything regarding your order is correct.
All other items returned within 30 days of purchase with receipt will be exchanged for instore credit.
At Awards of Excellence, we stand behind our work. If there happens to be a mistake on the engraving or an issue with the quality of our product, please let us know and we'd be more than happy to make sure your order is filled correctly.
What is your privacy policy?
We do not sell, distribute, or release any of your information to third parties. We promise to keep your information confidential.
During your online ordering process, your information is encripted with our secure server.
We would love to include you in our newsletters and notifications of sales and promotions. You'll have that opportunity to sign up during the ordering process, but if at anytime you'd like to be removed from our list, just let us know, and we'll take you off promptly.
